Applications Reviewer Representative

In this crucial role, the individual will be responsible for meticulously reviewing all written documentation, submitted by clients across various sales channels. As the first line of scrutiny for application approval, this person will ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

Responsibilities and Duties

• •  Thoroughly examine our cc processing applications(PAY) to verify the correctness and completeness of all submitted information, such as name, ID, store pictures, legal documentation, etc.

  • Engage with clients and company sales representatives to request necessary changes or additional documentation. Maintain effective and clear communication through email and other channels.

  • Email review within two hours of receipt to ensure effectiveness in our processes and prompt replies.

  • Strive to meet, as a team, monthly targets for the number of applications reviewed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the application approval process.

  • Provide detailed weekly reports on the status of reviewed applications, highlighting any trends, issues, or areas for improvement.

  • Handle incoming calls from clients and sales representatives, addressing inquiries and providing assistance. 

  • Proactively contact clients and sales representatives by phone when necessary to clarify information or obtain missing details.

  • Forward applications for final review, background check, and approval, making any necessary corrections or annotations as required.

  • Ensure adherence to company standards and policies during the application review process, maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

• • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

  • Proven ability to meet monthly goals and deadlines.

  • Previous experience in data entry or application review is an asset.

  • Familiarity with credit card processes and industry regulations is advantageous.
