Cash Advance Specialist

This role focuses on ensuring the timely collection of accounts receivable, managing customer accounts, and maintaining the stability of the LendSaaS system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding balances, safeguarding sensitive data, and maximizing reimbursements while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties

• • Ensure the timely collection of accounts receivable for the NRS Funding business.

  • Monitor account activity to ensure payments are made on time.

  • Provide follow-up to maximize reimbursements and resolve outstanding balances.

  • Maintain and update customer files, including name or address changes.

  • Amend payment terms when necessary to keep customer information accurate.

  • Draft correspondence for past-due accounts and collections.

  • Identify delinquent accounts by reviewing files.

  • Contact delinquent account holders to request payment.

  • Proactively manage slow payers to minimize delinquency risks.

  • Manage and ensure the stability, security, and performance of the LendSaaS software system.

  • Perform system audits to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.

  • Enforce security measures to protect sensitive customer and company data.

  • Ensure data handling and system access follow company security protocols.

  • Oversee the uploading and maintenance of underwriting documents within the LendSaaS system.

  • Review backlog accounts to ensure all historical documents are migrated and compliant with current standards.

  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports on collections, delinquent accounts, and system performance.

  • Provide insights to support decision-making and improve collections strategies.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in accounts receivable or collections.

  • Familiarity with LendSaaS or similar financial systems.

  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring account activity.

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and resolve issues.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to data security.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
