Our National Retail Solutions Sales team makes inbound and outbound sales calls, initiate, and follow up interest from our consumers, they need to be goals oriented and game players to be able to meet the goals and come up with creative solutions. Their job is related to Merchant services, Credit Card Processing and POS (product line provided by NRS).
Inbound and Outbound sales support calls and emails for our store owners , distributors through sales channel.
Stay up to date with systems and products information, changes, and updates in the market.
Support sales organization, retailers and NRS product line.
Meet sales goals.
Other duties as necessary to support merchants and customers to ensure satisfaction and continued relationship.
Follow standard processes and procedures.
Understand the value of our products and the needs of our retailers and their profiles inside and out
Ability to create strong connections and relations with their retailers and customers (distributors and store owners)
Coordinate with multiple departments related to the systems such as Tech Support if needed
Ability to keep internal reports up to date (if needed)
High School Diploma

Customer Service and Sales Experience Outbound or inbound (must)
